Grounded Heart is designed for those anxious or ungrounded moments or days.  In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory the heart houses our shen or spirit. As we all know, life gets overwhelming...often, which can make our heart spirit respond in a variety of ways, feeling uprooted, anxious, out of our body, etc. May this blend of plants help call you back into your body, remembering your strength and capacity to stay connected to the earth, yourself and your truth.
 
Suggested use: 1-4 droppers 1-4x day to support a grounded heart spirit. Lower dose for maintenance (aka reduce likelihood), higher dose for acute anxiety or feels of uprootedness
